Shipping Information

In-Stock items are normally shipped within one business day of receiving your order.

All of the items in your order must be sent to a single "ship to" address. If no shipping option is selected, your order will be shipped Standard Ground.

You may request Standard Ground or Express Delivery (See Rate Table below). All items must be shipped to a Canadian street address.

Delivery Addresses

A valid Canadian address is required for all deliveries.

International Orders

We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside of Canada at this time.

To purchase Avon products outside of Canada, you may want to access our home page and click on "All About Avon", then click "Avon Around The World". Within the Avon Global Directory, first click on your Region, then click on your Country, and then click on Search. You will receive the name, address and phone number of someone near you who can help you purchase Avon.

Remote Areas

Due to transportation limits and the difficulties shipping to remote areas, we are unable to serve your community at this time.

Our regular carrier is Canada Post. For Express Delivery with Dangerous Goods* it is an Air Charter Company. *Dangerous Goods – Flammable products as per International Air Transportation Authority / Transport Canada Regulations.

Delivery

All deliveries are based on business days and do not include weekends or holidays. Standard Ground delivery times within Canada average 4-8 business days from the time your order ships. Express Deliveries will be delivered on average within 1 to 4 days from the time your order ships. Delivery can vary depending on the destination address.

For your convenience, you will be contacted by e-mail with your shipping confirmation, at the time your order ships.

Sales taxes

Internet sales are not specifically exempt from sales & use taxes. Avon Canada Inc. has activities in each province and the Territories in Canada that subject it to laws imposing sales tax collection. Therefore, Avon is required to collect tax on merchandise sold via the Internet or otherwise. You may be interested to know that if a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser of the merchandise is required individually to remit the tax to the taxing jurisdiction. All taxes and exemption are applicable based on existing tax legislation by province and Territories. The appropriate taxes (based on the "ship to" location) will be added to your order. This dollar amount will appear on your ordering screen.

Residents of the following provinces and territories pay the Goods and Services Tax (GST) on the subtotal after shipping and handling: P.E.I., Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavut.

Residents of the following provinces pay the Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on the subtotal after shipping and handling: Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Residents of the following provinces pay the Quebec Sales Tax (QST)/Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on the subtotal after shipping and handling and GST: Quebec and P.E.I.

Residents of the following provinces pay the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) on the subtotal: British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland.

Returns

Return information is written on the back of the invoice included with your order. Simply fill out the form and return it with your item. If you no longer have your invoice, please call 1-800-265-AVON and a Customer Service Specialist will assist you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. We'll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price if you choose to return it. All refundable products must be returned within 2 months from the delivery date and be accompanied with a receipt.

Your credit card will be credited once we've received and processed your return. The credit may not show up on the very next statement you receive in the mail unless it is within your credit/debit card company's billing or statement cycle, but it should appear on the next one.
